These reactors, operating at high pressure and high temperature, are constructed in low alloy steels (1.25% Cr-0.5% Mo or 2.25% Cr-1% Mo) with 347 Stainless Steel weld Overlay.
Due to their criticality, these equipment are fabricated with very strict supply and manufacturing constraints and are subject to a particularly large number of non-destructive examinations and tests.

CMP Arles manufactures different types of heat exchangers and and heat exchanger calenders: heat plate exchanger (carbon steels, low-alloy steels, stainless steels with or without internal overlay) as well as tubesheet exchangers with heavy thickness and/or large dimensions.
CMP Arles is particularly specialised in the large dimensions bundle insertion.
